Annual Convention 2022
Our last physical face-to-face convention was back in October 2019. We are looking forward to meeting together again in person this year. The dates are Thursday 23 June - Sunday 26 June at Aberdaron Campsite, Wales.

PRICING FOR CHALETS, GARDEN ROOMS, PODS & CAMPING

Pricing for dates 23rd – 26thJune 2022 are as follows/
Chalet equipped as a 4plus2 self-catering units with bedding and linen provided @£300/unit (6 units available, plus £2/person/night above the 6/unit, own bedding required)
Garden Rooms presented as bunk bedded units with electric but without linen 8person @£165 6person @£150
4person @£135
3person @£125
Pods set up as twin bunks but can be adapted to sleep a cozy 6 people, with bedding, without linen, solar powered.
£105/unit as a 4person
£115/unit as a 6person
(5 units available)
Site Tents supplied without bedding and are sized as 6-8person or 4person options £90/unit 6-8person but 4 occupants
(If electric required £6/night fee, £28 equipment rental)
£80/unit 4person up to 4 occupants max.

(Tents are priced as 4 person occupancy and £2/person/night will be requested above these levels. Site tents are not covered by insurance for cooking inside, any damage not weather inflicted will be the responsibility of the hirer, they a have a replacement cost £900/tent.)
